Ancient Science Behind Surya Namaskar - It is said that the various parts of the body are governed by various deities (divine sensation or divine light). Manipura Chakra (located behind the navel which is also the center of the human body) is related to the sun. Manipur chakra develops through constant practice of Surya Namaskar. By which the person creates creativity and intuition. This was the reason that ancient sages gave so much importance to the practice of Surya Namaskar.

  1. Stand up in the posture of caution and take both hands upwards towards the shoulder and move it upwards. Stick to the next part of the hands, then put the hands in the same position in the same position, and move towards the bottom and stand in the posture of Namaskar.
  2. While breathing, stretch the two hands with the ears and move them towards the back and bending the sides and neck bending backwards towards the back, it has been recognized as the condition of the half-wheel pose (अर्धचक्रासन).
  3. Slowly exhale, come down and move forward. Touch the right side of the legs with the neck facing the neck, leaving the knees close to the ears and straightening the knees. Stay in this situation for a while. This situation is called Padshtatnasan or Padahastasan.
  4. In this situation, take the right leg backwards while keeping your hands on the ground while breathing.Then lift the neck up and down the chest. In this posture, the feet should remain standing position.
  5. Take the left leg out slowly, exhaling, and move it backwards. Now the edges of both legs have been found together. Stretch the body backwards and bend the neck with the ankles mixed on the ground.
  6. While breathing, prostrate your body to the right side of the ground and place knee, chest and chin on the ground.Up the thighs slightly and release the breath.
  7. Slowly filling the breath, straighten the hands while pulling the chest forward. Move the neck backwards. The knees are touching the ground and standing on the feet claws. It is also called Bhujangasan.
  8. Make a pose like fifth status, after which it looks at the feet of the foot while keeping the chin in the forearm.
  9. Make the same position as the fourth position, then move the left foot back, bring the right foot forward.
  10. After making the third position, make the posture, then bring the left foot forward further in the position of the post of Westoutnasan.
  11. While remaining in the second posture, take both hands up and down while breathing. In the same situation, move the hands backwards, bowing the neck and waist backwards.
  12. This situation is like the first of the pose, that is surya namaskar mudra (Pose).
