Recent studies and researchers find that eating carrots reduce the risk of breast cancer.Carrot have beta-carotene pigment who reduce the breast cancer risk and also responsible for orange colour of carrot.Scientists research on the relationship between diet and cancer.Researcher studied the eating habits of around 2,000 womens and half of whom had experienced breast cancer.The scientists found that those womens eating the high amount of foods which high in beta-carotene like carrots,spinach,peppers etc,were reduce the risk of breast cancer than those eating the least amounts of foods loaded with beta-carotene.
