Easy Stretching Exercises For Quick Back Pain Relief

Here we show you some exercise for quick back pain relief.You can do these exercises easily at home but avoid if you have serious back pain and immediately contact your doctor.

Sphinx Stretch

Firstly lay down on the floor on your stomach now lift your upper body.Keep your forearms parallel to one another.Press your forearms to keep your shoulders away from your ears.Stay in this position and take 5 to 10 breathes.Repeat this pose 2 to 5 times.

Legs Up The Wall

Lie down on the floor on your back and rest your head and shoulders on the floor.Now gently scoot your buttocks close to the wall.Close your eyes let the heads of your thigh bones release and relax.Hold this position for 5 to 10 minutes keep doing deep breathing and release stress.Now gently slide your legs down.Repeat this pose 2 to 5 times.

Restful Pose

Turn your toes push your hips backwards bending your knees,take proper position on the floor on your hands and your knees with your knees just wider than hip space apart.Once you maintain comfortable position,extend your arms and head forward into a relaxation position.Continue this pose for 20 seconds and slowly return to starting position.Repeat this pose 2 to 3 times.

Cat Cow Pose

Kneel down on the floor on your hands,beneath your shoulders and knees below your hips.Lift your spine towards,lower your chin to your chest and push upwards through your shoulders.Move slowly during movements and hold each position for 5 to 10 seconds.Repeat this pose 5 to 10 times.
