  7. Slowly filling the breath, straighten the hands while pulling the chest forward. Move the neck backwards. The knees are touching the ground and standing on the feet claws. It is also called Bhujangasan.
  8. Make a pose like fifth status, after which it looks at the feet of the foot while keeping the chin in the forearm.
  9. Make the same position as the fourth position, then move the left foot back, bring the right foot forward.
  10. After making the third position, make the posture, then bring the left foot forward further in the position of the post of Westoutnasan.
